Balderstone Brass Band

 

We have a thriving learning group consisting of learners of all ages and abilities. Whether you are currently playing, returning to banding after a while away or wanting to learn to play a brass instrument for the first time - we can freely provide quality tuition and instrument hire.

Our training band is the future of our Balderstone Brass Band. We have already had several players  transition into the main band. 

​

They play anything from classical pieces, marches, hymns and pop tunes of today.

​

Its in a fun environment with plenty of laughter during the sessions - but most importantly without any pressure and with all the right encouragement to make it fun and enjoyable.

They meet on Mondays from 6.30pm till 7.15pm at Mellor Village Hall, so come and join us, at no cost to you - there's no obligation if you want to see what we are all about - just come and have a chat anytime.
